Upon registering your DND preference, MoneySync will no longer contact you for marketing-related communications.

The phone number and/or email address you provide will be added to our internal “Do Not Disturb” list.

If you update your contact information, you’ll need to submit a new DND request with the updated details.

Requests may take up to 48 business hours to process.

This DND registration applies only to communications directly from MoneySync and does not prevent contact from unaffiliated third parties.

You will still receive important service messages, such as alerts related to your account or transactions.
