Tax Benefits

• - You can claim tax deductions for the premiums paid and the claim amount under Section 80C, 80D and 10(10D) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• High Cover at Low Premium – A 35-year-old male may get INR 10 lakhs critical illness cover for 10 years for a monthly premium of about INR 471 including taxes.
• Buy for Self and Family – You can also buy this plan for your spouse, children, parents, parent-in-laws, brothers and sisters. You will have to buy individual policy for each family member.
• Waiver of Premium Benefit - If you are diagnosed with any of the defined minor or moderate conditions, your premiums will be waived for the following five years. This means that the plan continues without you having to pay premiums for five years. This benefit shall be applicable only once during the policy term.
• Multiple Claim Benefit – You can claim up to two times under the minor stage and up to two times under moderate stage claim category provided you have not exhausted your Critical Illness Sum Assured.
